The information collected through this registration is solely for Balmitra Jan Kalyan Foundation's beneficiary registration, programme participation, activity/support tracking, communication, documentation and impact reporting purposes.
The information may be used to maintain beneficiary records and to plan, provide and document relevant awareness activities, educational activities, support, kits or other initiatives undertaken by the Foundation.
All personal information will be kept confidential and handled responsibly. Individual beneficiary information will not be publicly displayed or shared with third parties, except where required by law or where appropriate consent has been obtained.
For child registration, information may be provided and consented to by the parent or lawful guardian.
